01. Scope of Services
Black Bit Technologies provides custom software engineering, platform architecture, and digital systems development services in accordance with agreed project specifications.
02. Intellectual Property & Source Code
Intellectual property rights and custom source code are assigned to the client upon full satisfaction of agreed milestone and contractual terms.
03. Support & Service Level Agreement
Operational maintenance and technical support are delivered under explicit Service Level Agreements tailored to each production system.
04. Governing Law
All client agreements and engagements are governed by the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
